  • We’ll start with a consultation, either via Zoom or in person, to discuss your caregiving needs. This allows you to share your concerns and preferences while I explain our services. We’ll evaluate whether our approach aligns with your expectations and if we’re the right fit for your family. After our initial meeting, we’ll move on to planning the care.

  • Following our initial conversation, we’ll schedule a visit and conduct an assessment to understand your loved one’s specific needs and preferences. Together, we’ll create a tailored plan to address those needs and establish a schedule that works best for your family. Once we have created a plan, we can begin care.

  • Once you review and approve the care plan, we will begin the agreed-upon services. After that, we will regularly check in with you and your elder to make necessary adjustments.

  • To ensure the highest quality of care, we conduct regular follow-ups with you. This enables us to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the plan. Your satisfaction and the well-being of your loved one are our top priorities.
